To compete in today’s pressure-filled marketplace, businesses want engaged, creative, productive leaders. Those same leaders need to feel mentally focused, emotionally connected and physically energized to deliver their best work. Unfortunately, research clearly shows that businesses aren’t getting what they want, and leaders don’t have what they need.

Sara Ross specializes in closing that gap by translating the science of emotional intelligence into actionable strategies transforming the way people succeed at work and thrive in life.

Sara is a sought-after speaker, executive coach and lecturer and has worked with thousands of leaders from across the globe. She is formally the Vice President and Head of Innovation and Research at the global leadership development firm, the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP), where she continues to serve as a senior advisor and consulting partner.

“I do not say this lightly – Sara is one of the THE MOST engaging speakers I have ever listened to. I have heard her speak three times and every time I learn something new but even more notable, I am taken in by her openness, energy and insight. I promise you can count on Sara to over-deliver.” -Scotiabank

Often called on to work with the most senior, technically sophisticated and equally skeptical audiences, Sara’s credibility comes from integrating cutting-edge research with real-life examples of success and failure. Sara will engage audiences, inspire conversation and most importantly, create a blueprint for change with actionable strategies that immediately shift results, lift relationships to help leaders show-up with a more positive and powerful impact.
