You are purchasing a product/program. By making this purchase you agree to the Terms and Cancellation Policy set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply when you register and participate in an IHHP open enrollment program. By registering for and/or participating in this program, you agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the public program and the content provided by or through the public program.
Terms and Cancellation
Information Collection: We will be collecting information during the registration process that helps us deliver the program and is required for purchase.
Payment: We will be asking you to pay by credit card and the card will be charged at the time of registration.
Ability to attend: You acknowledge that you have tested the zoom platform on the network and device on which you plan to attend and that it works. If you are unable to connect on the day of the program it will be considered that you did not attend the program and your registration will not be refunded.
Attendance: If you start the program (log on to the first session) we expect that you will be available to attend all three modules for your specific session. There will be no refunds or make up sessions offered except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of IHHP.
Technical issues: If there are significant technical issues on behalf of IHHP on the days of the program that prevent all attendees from joining the session, IHHP will offer a make-up class at a later date to be used with six months of the program date.
Cancellation Policy
We know that sometimes extenuating circumstances will mean that you cannot attend the program. We do provide a full refund if you cancel 30 days before the program. If you cancel between 30 and 10 days before the program, we will charge a non-refundable $150 administrative fee. If you cancel within 10 days of the program, we will be unable to refund your money. We may be able to move you to another program if available at our discretion.
By making this purchase, I confirm the following:
- I have tested the zoom platform on the device and network on which I intend to use to attend the program
- I understand that this is an interactive program that will require me to be on camera and be able to speak using my device or a headset.
- I agree to the terms and conditions set out above.
