Following a 15 year career in the pharmaceutical industry, Michael joined IHHP in 2006. Over the past 8 years, he has studied the impact of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on performance, leadership and organizational change. Michael has delivered leadership programs & presentations to a wide cross-section of industries throughout North America and Australasia – from Manufacturing & Mining, to Accounting & Financial Services; from Pharmaceuticals & Health Care, to Education & Hospitality.

Having delivered over 2,000 hours of Executive Coaching, Michael is recognized as a highly experienced and sought after EI coach and Emotional Intelligence speaker in the region.
