Position Location: Toronto Ontario
Travel: Limited travel to Barrie office, no other travel required

The Keynote Account Manager will work one on one with speaker bureaus via phone and email throughout North America and Europe in order to and provide them with dynamic tools that promote IHHP’s keynote speakers throughout the world.

As the ideal candidate you are a strong team player with a proven track record of taking your area of a business to the next level of performance. You are able to book IHHP speakers at top tier conferences around the world. You achieve targeted bookings and sales numbers through strategic thinking and exceptional performance. Additionally, your ability to measure and analyze the market will be seen as an asset to the team.

  • Work one -on-one with speaker bureaus, strengthening these relationships.
  • Acts as a bridge between the IHHP sales team and speaker bureaus world-wide.
  • Write and distribute speaker bureau blasts.
  • Liaise directly between IHHP speakers and their speaking clients.
  • Create detailed itinerary for events.
  • Communicate with speaker bureaus via email, phone, and in person as needed.
  • Review and attend to all client specific instructions.
  • Receive, review and process all client contracts.
  • Professionally manage other speaker bureau needs that are time sensitive including last minute changes.
  • Actively seek opportunities to develop new account business and sales contract generation through innovative and strategic thinking.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns including telemarketing, email, seminars, tradeshows, and webinars.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience in event planning with a strong network in the HR community.
  • Ability to write professional material.
  • College Diploma or University Degree in related field.
  • Experience promoting speakers in Canada, the US, and Europe.
