The Institute
for Health and Human Potential (IHHP) offers an opportunity
for a limited number of individuals to become accredited facilitators
in our EQ Programs and state-of-the-art Emotional Intelligence
360 Assessment Tool (EI360™).
This unique
licensing opportunity allows independent consultants, HR professionals
and executive coaches to deliver our programs to clients using
our EI360™ - a fully web-enabled 360 EI assessment tool,
which is used to benchmark an individual's or team's EI, and
create a platform for measurable change.
Accredited
associates will gain:
- A training
program and tools that are truly grounded in emotional intelligence
rather than the usual management/leadership development
competencies;
- Two
days of specialized training in the art of facilitating
IHHP’s EQ programs
- Expertise
using the EI360™ assessment tool to help build sound
developmental plans with specific, measurable goals;
- All
the materials needed to deliver our programs, including
PowerPoint presentations, participant workbooks, facilitators
guide and access to the EI360™ assessment tool
