  • How to interpret the feedback of the EI360 assessment tool and use it to help individuals, groups and organizations build development plans

Three Conversations of Leadership Accreditation

Topics covered in the two day licensing program

  • Building connection and trust with others
  • Differentiate between three critical types of conversations
  • Practice the skill of having Daily Conversations that build relationships based on trust and respect
  • Learn and practice techniques for having Difficult Conversations
  • Learn the Art of Courageous Conversations: techniques to speak your truth when there is tension and conflict
  • Develop an action plan for change
