What is the EI360™?
   
 

The EI360™ is a fully web-enabled, multi-rater tool that offers a powerful way to assess individual strengths and developmental needs in the core competencies of EQ. It can also diagnose emotional intelligence at the team level.
The reports that this tool delivers are:
   
 

1. EI360™ Feedback report
This report summarizes the key multi-rater assessment data from co-workers (manager, peer, direct report, key client) as well as family members and friends. It allows your clients to:

  • Gauge their level of emotional intelligence;
  • Compare their self-perception with that of others;
  • Better understand how their behavior positively or negatively affects performance; and,
  • Alert them to potential derailers.
   
 

2. Team EI Profile
The team profile provides data on EQ functioning at the team level. This can be a very powerful method to diagnose shortcomings within a team and help build the team competencies that drive performance.
   
 

3. EQ Climate Snapshot
Individual behavior does not occur in a vacuum. The EI360™ has been uniquely developed to gauge the level of EQ present within the climate in which the individual and team are working in.   This unique licensing program allows independent consultants, HR professionals and executive coaches to use this web-enabled assessment tool which has been delivered to a range of organizations on four continents.
   
  The EI360™ - a fully web-enabled 360 EI assessment tool is used to benchmark an individual's or team's EI and creates the platform for measurable change.
