Administrative Coordinator

The position of Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the areas of Operations, Marketing, Sales and Client Services. The individual selected to join the IHHP team in this role, will be required to perform a wide range of activities and facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Primary Responsibilities:

Operational & HR Support:

  • Support the management of Vendor relationships
  • Manage updates to the company policies and procedures
  • Provide support to team in training and support for technology platforms and hardware
  • Coordinate company events and internal recognition activities


  • Support the marketing team in management of social media
  • Manage data input and reporting of marketing activity
  • Assist in special projects when required (promotional events, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Support marketing campaigns, including management of email deployment and reporting

Sales & Speaker Bureau Support:

  • Assist sales with lead tracking and reporting
  • Manage post program follow up
  • Provide support in updating and reporting in Salesforce

General Administration:

  • Provide support to team in development of presentations and general documentations
  • Identify gaps and develop solutions for departmental reporting
  • Work with teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflow by implementing new processes and/or new technological solutions
  • Review of documents for typographical and grammatical errors

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar and the ability to draft correspondence and prepare presentations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to be proactive, prioritize and keep track of multi-detailed projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional business manner both in person and on the telephone
  • Requires minimum supervision, is self-motivated, outgoing and shows initiative and ability to complete tasks unsupervised and to deadline
  • Strong attention to detail; accurately checks own work
  • Driven by data and building great reports
  • Skills in MS office package
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics and WordPress are definite assets
