The best way to explain what we do at the Institute for Health and Human Potential (IHHP) is through our icons:
- our logo (affectionately known as "squiggle to square")
- a Chinese Bamboo Tree
- and a bridge
| |
You see, we know you, and/or your organization, are capable of achieving great things. We all are. You are a Chinese Bamboo Tree to us (and seriously you will want to click here to learn more about that analogy!).
As a human with full potential, it will take time to learn and grow. But through each step you will fill in the blanks with knowledge and skills that will help you and your organization. Each step you will get further along the "squiggle to square" of who you can be.
| Some of that knowledge of what we are lacking or needing to work on isn't always obvious to us. We need help from others through feedback, through research, through conversations. (Like the Chinese Bamboo Tree, we need to learn exactly what it needs to grow. How much water? How much sunlight? How much....?)
And that brings us to the bridge. Our goal at IHHP is to partner with researchers, academics, and yes, even propeller-heads who spend years (decades even) studying us humans and our potential. Then we bridge that knowledge back to the real world with language and tools so the rest of us actually can learn to apply what has been learned. In short, we're the bridge to help you find and develop your potential (either as an individual leader or as an organization).

Still confused? Okay, simply put: "Squiggle to Square, we'll help you get there!" And that's what we do at IHHP.
