At the core of our DNA is our curiosity around what potential humans really have. We continue to study peak performance from all different aspects and perspectives (in business, in organizations, in teams, in relationships, in athletics, etc.) so we can continue to uncover what wealth of potential we have and show you how to tap into it.

It is through our ongoing research (surveys and studies) that we pinpoint skills, attributes, and competencies that we build tools and training programs around in order to help you and the people in your organization grow.

 

Recent Studies Include:

  • 12+ year study (and ongoing) around Emotional Intelligence competencies for peak performance in leadership (personally and professionally)
  • 7+ year study - originally titled Playing Big Inventory, has evolved into our Leadership Reputation Competency InventoryR
